Our foundation product line is a high-end custom stile and rail door engineered from sketch and manufactured on site. Each door features a sustainable finger-joint staved softwood core, edge-banded with solid stock finish specie (Mahogany, Teak, etc.) and laminated with veneer.
Our unique engineering process eliminates many of the disadvantages of solid hardwoods while maintaining the highest quality appearance as well as increasing durability.

Companion jamb sets can be produced to match using laminated construction or solid material. We will machine to match your hardware needs and ship ready to assemble. Because of uniformity and stability, we feel the best value is a laminated jamb, however we are happy use solid material if specified.
The jamb components are machined on state-of-the-art 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centers (robotics). This process provides us with amazing accuracy and insures a quality fit of your hardware during installation.
